Sports Medicine Receptionist

ESS Performance is looking for an experienced receptionist to join their established team. The successful candidate must have experience working in a professional sports medicine practice and ideally a background or interest in sport.

ESS Performance is a leading provider of sports medicine, training, rehabilitation and recovery services to athletes and individuals looking to gain a competitive edge in their chosen sport or recover from illness or injury. Operating from two elite training facilities at the High Performance Training Centre in Richmond and AAMI Park, ESS is looking for an experienced medical receptionist to join their established and professional team.

Candidates with:
at least 5 years experience in a similar position,
experience working in a busy sports medicine practice,
knowledge of ZMED and other practice management systems,
knowledge of HICAPS, will be strongly considered.
In addition to the roles and responsibilities of managing a busy reception, you will be required to:
Provide administraive support at executive level to the CEO and company Directors
Assist in the delivery of ongoing projects accross both sports medicine and training
Provide support to our team of clinicians
This role would ideally suit an experienced professional with an interest in or background in sport who is looking for a rewarding career with advancement opportunities. As the HPTC is open from 6am-8pm Monday to Friday, the successful candidate will be required to work from 6am-3pm with 1 hour provided for lunch.
