Sales Manager

Go Health Clubs at Beenleigh is seeking a motivating Health Fitness Sales Manager with a demonstrated track record to lead a team of Fitness Consultants to success.

Salary $40,000 to $90,000 pa
OTE
Location Beenleigh, QLD, Australia

Working closely with the Club Manager at Beenleigh, this brand new role will allow you to grow your sales team along with the membership base. You will be provided with the tools and training that will assist you to develop, train and motivate the sales team and increase the membership base.
CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you must address the following criteria:
Proven track record of sales performance and sales management
Passion for fitness
Ability to motivate and inspire others
History of lead generation and marketing to increase enquiries
Experience in corporate liason
Aptitude for sales training
Strong verbal and written communication
This role is ideally suited to an Applicant with prior experience in the Health Fitness Industry. If you are an existing Assistant Club General Manager or a Senior Sales Consultant who is seeking to grow their career, then this could be you.
Applicants with a strong sales management background in call centres or in door-to-door sales, especially in the telecommunications or travel industry are also encouraged to apply.
Package is negotiable depending on experience.
