Exercise Coach / Fitness Professional

NutriSTRENGTH is an exciting new concept in exercise and lifestyle management located one hour from Sydney airport in Bowral, NSW.

Casual and Full-time positions available

Opened in May 2004, our mission is to provide highly serviced, outcome oriented exercise and nutrition programming in a functional, friendly and ultra-clean environment.

Weƒ€šƒ€šre looking for an exceptional fitness professional with quality experience and an interest in strength training, exercise prescription and performance nutrition and fat loss strategies.

Some sales experience, a positive, caring disposition and above average PC skills will definitely be an advantage. Knowledge of and enthusiasm for nutritional supplementation is also a plus, but not essential as training will be provided.

To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate:
- A proven track record in leading people in a one to one training environment
- Pro-active, caring and empathic manner
- A passion for quality strength training and proper nutrition
- Attention to detail and ability to think outside the square

You must also have:
- Minimum Certificate 3 in fitness personal training
- Current First Aid including CPR
- Registration with your local fitness body
- Relevant qualifications and at least 6 months experience
- A willingness to embrace innovative, research based exercise protocols
- Excellent communication skills with a desire to succeed.
- A willingness to question go beyond the core training and Paul Chek insanity
