With a strong focus on mentoring and managing a small team of people you will be recognised for developing and supporting them in order to achieve both personal and organisational goals. You will be responsible for driving success and creating a positive work environment. Ideally you will have sales experience at a team level and the ability to build relationships and engage with internal stakeholders within a corporate business structure. We're looking for someone with strong influencing skills, a leader of people with well developed communications skills.
