Harvest Tennis Academy - Full Time Trainer

The academy is situated in Jassowal, a 6 hour drive North East from Delhi and is expanding due to demand. The academy currently employs nine tennis pros and two fitness trainers. The academy has both hard and clay courts, along with gym, media room and player and staff accommodation. Fulltime players are predominantly from the state of Punjab, visiting players both domestic and international regularly attend.

We are looking for a fitness professional with exceptional knowledge and experience in strength and conditioning, exercise prescription and performance nutrition.

To be considered for the role you will need to demonstrate:
Pro-active, caring and emphatic manner
A passion for quality strength training and proper nutrition
Attention to detail and the ability to think outside the square

You must also have:
Minimum Certificate 3 in fitness personal training
Current First Aid
Relevant qualifications and at least three years experience
Experience in dealing with high performance athletes
Tennis experience desirable.

Employment Package includes:
Monthly remuneration of US $5000
Return economy class airfares

Uniform
Work visa will be arranged.

An initial contract of three months will apply with the ability to extend if suitable to both parties. For exceptional trainers there may be some good incentives.
