The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal / organizational skills with a focus on quality customer service and previous experience in a Learn To Swim management.

The role involves providing coordination, leadership and direction to the program and it's coaches to ensure the delivery of all programs are to the highest possible standards.

Relevant and current industry qualifications are essential along with previous teaching experience in Infant, Child and Adult programs. Successful candidate will receive an attractive remuneration package based on experience and qualifications.

Selection Criteria Essential
Relevant Tertiary Qualification
At least two years experience and coaching within the aquatics industry
Relevant and current industry qualifications in coaching and first aid are essential
Excellent interpersonal/organizational skills with a focus on quality customer service
Singapore authorities require all travellers (including those transiting Singapore) to have at least six months validity remaining on their passports
