Our swim school is growing and our third centre is due to open at Forde in Term 4, 2010. We are looking for new dynamic personalities to join our team. All training will be provided.

Detailed Description On deck Supervisor for the experienced Swim Instructors - Casual

Aquatots uses child-centred teaching methods that respect, encourage and praise all children effectively; all teachers go through extensive Aquatots training programs.

Aquatots program develops a child's natural ability in the water. Our methods are based on the principles and philosophies of child development and fun and encouragement, so that a child builds up confidence and skills in the water, learning at their own pace. Aquatots teaches correct techniques for learning all strokes while encouraging children to rely on their own buoyancy.

Other Details Personal Attributes: You will need to be self motivated and enthusiastic, creative and flexible, able to motivate children and make classes fun and have a commitment to aquatic education. You need to be able to demonstrate class leadership skills and have the capacity to adapt knowledge about child development to the aquisition of swimming skills.
